Yorkshire Housing is seeking planning permission for 58 new affordable homes on a site south-west of Holme-on-Spalding-Moor.

We'll be running a drop-in event at the Methodist Church Hall, Selby Road YO43 4EE on 11th July from 4pm-7pm and this initial public consultation ends on 12th July 2024.

You’ll also be able to submit comments on the proposals as part of the planning application and our website will remain live through the planning process so that you can contact the project team if you need to.

In summary, the proposal will consist of:

• 58 high quality, affordable and sustainable new homes
• Properties ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms including bungalows
• New public open space with informal play
• New landscapes and financial contributions to nature conservation
• Traditional style homes constructed in brick to maintain local character
