WUKPG intend to submit an Outline Planning Application for the erection of mixed-use commercial, industrial and storage units (B2/B8) on Land off Moss Lane, Blackrod, Bolton.

WUKPG are looking to develop mixed-use commercial, industrial and storage units (B2/B8) around the recently approved energy reserve building. The main access to the site would be from Moss Lane.

The site is located close to the Wigan-Bolton Growth Corridor and serves as a logical location for new B2 and B8 commercial/ industrial units.
